2. Conclusion of the Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.

By completing the order process, the customer submits an offer to purchase the goods.

The contract is concluded through:

  • Our order confirmation via email; or

  • The shipment of the goods.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in USD ($).

Applicable taxes, if any, will be displayed during checkout.

The available payment methods are displayed during the ordering process.

Payment is generally processed when an order is placed. Orders will only be processed after payment has been successfully authorized or confirmed.

4. Delivery

Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer.

We currently deliver only within the United States.

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Saturday.

Shipping typically takes 6–8 business days, Monday to Saturday.

The estimated total delivery time is 7–10 business days.

We will inform the customer as soon as reasonably possible if significant delays affect an order.

5. Shipping Costs

We currently offer free shipping within the United States.

Shipping provider: DHL

Any applicable shipping costs will be displayed during the ordering process.

We currently do not accept international orders.

6. 30-Day Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the goods, subject to the conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

To request a return, the customer should contact us clearly and provide the relevant order information.

After an approved return request:

  • The customer must return the goods according to our return instructions.

  • For returns due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, return shipping is free and a prepaid return label will be provided.

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 working days after the returned goods have been received and inspected.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

7. Return Policy

Returned items must:

  • Be unused, unassembled where applicable, and undamaged.

  • Be returned in their original packaging or in reasonably good condition.

Please return the item in its original packaging or suitable protective packaging where possible.

For returns due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
